The services and exclusive products available at Science Of Skin branches are functional. We have qualified dermatologists to evaluate your concern and suggest treatments and products. Our skin and hair care products are formulated by our expert dermatologists that are scientifically proven to treat all skin types. We let you make an informed decision before you make a purchase.

Please meet the dermatologist and take consultation to make sure that the treatment and products suggested by our doctors meets your concern before buying our services.

During your consultation, our doctors will be available to assist in answering your questions. We strongly recommend that all clients clear their doubts about the services and products.

No refund will be made once a purchase is made. It’s up to the customer purchasing the service and products to evaluate the fit of the service and product during the consultation. Once the purchase is made, the service and product is non-refundable but can be transferable to another person for any remaining amount of services.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our services and products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not pay for the treatment.

Damaged Product Policy:

Our products are packaged according to industry standards to avoid leaks and spills during transit. However, if you received a damaged product, we will try our best to replace the item or refund your order.

  • We strive to ensure that all products arrive at your doorstep in a usable If you receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing us at along with a photo. You can alternatively contact us by calling _ to request a replacement or refund for the damaged order.
  • We will replace the damaged product with a new one and arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged product.
  • Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return.
  • We do not refund shipping charges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of returning it to you.
  • Please note that we will replace or refund any damaged products after reviewing the defective product.
  • In addition we would initiate the cancellation or return on a case to case basis.

Exceptions that will not initiate the return or replacement policy:

  • Damages that happen due to the misuse of products.
  • Damage caused by the malfunctioning of the products.
  • Utilization or installation of any consumable product.
  • Missing seal or tampered product.
  • If you return any products without their original packaging, including the box, manufacturers’ packaging if any, and everything else delivered with them, we cannot accept the return.
